About the company

Our client is a fast growing start-up fintech company in Hong Kong specialized in SME one-stop business solutions. In view of the recent expansion, they are now looking for high caliber for an Associate Director position of SaaS Sales for their Merchant Development team.



About the role

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will lead a small team in developing and driving sales strategies by introducing SaaS products to merchant clients. You have to formulate and establish business development and client retention strategies to increase company profits. You are required to explore new merchant customers as well as work with partnership team in grooming potential clients. You are responsible for implementing key account management to enhance profitability of customer accounts. In addition, you have to cross sell other innovative business solutions to clients for new business opportunity.



The successful candidate

To quality, the successful individual must possess:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related disciplines.
  • Minimum 6-7 years solid experience in business development in promoting SaaS with 1-2 years team leading experience.
  • Strong SME client network and proven sales track record of SaaS is highly essential.
  • Passionate in driving business success, result-oriented and strong people management.
  • Good account management and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and decision making ability.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin required).
  • Native Mandarin candidates with fluent spoken Cantonese will also be considered.
