Job Description
We are looking for a bartender for one of the hospitality companies in Hong Kong, the ideal candidate should have minimum 1-2 experience in F&B bartending service with luxury/5-star hotels, clubhouses, or fine-dining restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in a professional attribute
- Responsible for ordering, recommending, serving and sharing beverages knowledge (wine, spirits, cocktail, tea, others), flavour profiles and talking points of wine list
- Manage customer satisfaction, cleanliness, stock and inventory or any ad hot job requested by Lounge Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B bartending service experience with luxury hotel/ clubhouse/ fine dining
- Fluent in English in both spoken and written, other languages is an advantage
- Passionate in guest service, out-going with good communication skill
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail, with wine and beverage, WEST holder or relevant certificates will be an advantage
- Able to work shift duties including overnight shifts
