About The Client

Our client is a well-established IT company in Hong Kong and they are looking for Technical Business Analyst to join their project team.

Job Description

  • Report to the Business Development Lead, responsible for Oracle NetSuite ERP projects' implementation
  • Gather and analyse user requirement, and translate business requirements into functional design to ensure the alignment
  • Understand the pain point, design and prioritize the development and integration task
  • Liaise with clients to review and update both business process and project progress
  • Work closely with development team to review development progress and ensure the project deliverables
  • Prepare end-user training and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience working in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and solution design, NetSuite experience is preferred
  • Experience in preparing technical requirement specifications and UAT
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, python and reporting tools
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills, good team player
  • Good command in English and Chinese, Fluent in both Cantonese and mandarin speaking
