About The Client

Our clients are well-known retail companies and they are looking for System Analyst to join their team.

Job Descriptions

  • Design, develop and upgrade the existing ERP, CRM and POS system
  • Responsible for system installation, configuration, administration, patching, and troubleshooting
  • Gather and analyse user requirements, and work closely with vendors on system change
  • Perform application/technical design documentation
  • Provide end-user training for new system launch and enhancements



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
  • 3-4 years of experience in system development and support
  • Familiar with Microsoft products not limited to Dynamic ERP (AX, Navision OR D365)
  • Skills in C#, SQL, MySQL or Crystal report
  • Excellent in problem-solving and detail-minded
  • High ability to work independently with solid vendor management experience
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
