Job Description

Business System Analyst for Asia Pacific Region

Position Summary:

Our client is a global leading fashion brand, and their are looking for a Business System Analyst(Finance, POS/OMS system) for Asia Pacific Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    • Work with the Financial Business Services team on global and Asia Pacific-specific projects.
    • Support end-to-end projects from business requirements discovery to final testing, delivery, and training.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth rollout of systems or integrations.
  2. Change Management and Operational Support:
    • Monitor, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012 systems to ensure efficient performance of critical business functions.
    • Support the change request process and oversee integration support between Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX 2012 and other systems (e.g., POS/OMS).
    • Provide application system support to end-users when needed.
  3. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to understand and document business processes.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
    • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant parties.
  4. System Enhancement and Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
    • Recommend and implement solutions to optimize system performance and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business System Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012, including experience in financial modules and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese, Cantonese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of financial processes and regulations is preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012.
  2. Experience in the luxury, retail or fashion industry.
