About Our Client
Our client is a renowned property developer who has recently brought an innovative shopping & office landmark to Hong Kong. They are now looking for Customer Service professionals to support their concierge operation.


  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors
  • Work closely with internal and external parties across the area of service provisioning, fault management, resolution
  • Handle customer complaints, inquiries and feedback
  • Provide recommendations to facilitate customer experience and drive for improvement on service standards and company image at the same time to convert sales/business growth
  • Conduct regular service reviews with clients to promote efficiency, look for service improvements and seek further business opportunities


  • Diploma or above with at least 2 years of solid customer service/relationship management experience
  • Having pre-opening or CS experience in commercial buildings or shopping malls is an advantage but not a must
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Concierge Specialists
