Job Description
As a Senior Finance Manager responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) duties, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the FP&A function to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
- Developing and implementing financial models, KPIs, and performance metrics to evaluate business performance and drive profitability
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and scenario planning
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and investment decisions
- Monitoring financial performance against targets, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Conducting financial analysis, trend analysis, and ad-hoc reporting to support decision-making and optimize financial outcomes
- Managing the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning to align financial goals with business objectives
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in all FP&A activities
- Mentoring and developing a team of finance professionals to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance in FP&A functions
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A strong background in finance, with expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and analysis
- Possess excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- A track record of driving financial performance, optimizing business outcomes, and supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Results-oriented finance professional with a passion for FP&A, strategic planning, and business analysis
