Corporate Insurance Officer

Our client is a leading property developer conglomerate seeking a Corporate Insurance Officer to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Insurance department, this role will be responsible for analyzing claim data, assessing costs and risks trends, and analyzing insurance portfolios to establish an in-house insurance automation system. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the non-life insurance industry and be familiar with insurance policy coverages, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular review and analyze of claims development and monitor the costs and risks trends.
  • Attend on-site claim inspections and actively liaise with insurance brokers, insurers, solicitors, and loss adjusters.
  • Establish an in-house insurance automation system.
  • Manage the insurance portfolio and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in insurance, management, or related disciplines.
  • Qualified in CII or ANZII will be an advantage.
  • 4 years of experience in the non-life insurance industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance policy coverages, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, proactive and responsible attitude.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
