About Our Client

Our client is a luxury fragrance house, due to the business expansion, they are looking for a Counter Manager who will report to the Retail Manager and responsible for oversee 2 counters.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall counter operations including but not limited to people management, coaching, inventory management, sales performance monitoring, CRM activities implementation, and administration work
  • Analyze and implement business strategies to ensure the sales target could be achieved
  • Encourage and communicate with subordinates to build positive and motivating work atmosphere
  • Assure proper brand image, brand policy and excellent customer service could be met the brand standards

Requirements

  • Experience in supervisory/store management in retail industry, open for both ashion retail and beauty retail
  • Experience in people management and coaching
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel and Word) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience could be considered as Assistant Counter Manager
