About the company

Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. Due to their recent expansion, they are now looking for high caliber for their Product Manager position in their Credit Card Product team.

About the role

Reporting to the Team Head of Card Product, you will formulate end-to-end product development of credit card and related digital projects. You have to develop card product strategy and engage in product enhancement and revamp projects, from card product design, product planning, features development to UAT projects. You are required to initiate marketing ideas in boosting card acquisition and usage in order to achieve business targets. In addition, you are responsible for managing card product compliance issues and monitoring card sales analysis to boost card business growth.

The successful candidate

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

  • University Graduate in Marketing or other Business related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in card product development or Personal Loans development in retail banks.
  • Sound knowledge in managing product digital projects is essential.
  • Strong business sense and good product compliance background.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
