About Our Client:

Our client is reputable international fashion retail, with their expension they are now looking for right candidate to join them.

Responsibility:

  • Assisting customers via emails, calls and online chats in English and Chinese globally on a daily basis
  • Providing personalised solution and frequent follow-up to each contact
  • Supporting worldwide stores operations to resolve retail issues
  • Liaising with internal departments as well as external parties to fulfil and expedite customers' requests
  • Facilitating after sales services - Handling and transforming complaints to positive customer experiences
  • Boosting online sales by providing purchase process assistance and fashion advice
  • Translating shipping addresses of orders to English

Requirement:

  • 1-2 years customer service experience with Excellent verbal Cantonese and Mardarin; written English language communication skills are essential.
  • Possess a genuine passion for delivering world class customer service.
  • Demonstrable experience in front line customer service role, ideally within Contact Centre environment.
