About our client


Our client is a Hong Kong based, reputable non-governmental organisation providing a vast range of social services, rehabilitation and dental services. They would like to invite a high-caliber individual to oversee their dental operations as operation manager.


About the Role

Reporting to the director, the role is to oversees the daily operation of multiple dental clinics. Supported by central administration, HR, IT and finance department, you will streamline the efficiency and compliance of exisiting dental clinics according to the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance. You will handle occasional complaints and uphold customer service quality. As a non-governmental organisation operation, strong knowledge on government healthcare programs, e.g. Health Care Voucher and Community Care Fund, are essential to this position. You will also be responsible on strategizing the direction for both service development and internal policies. That includes price setting, both existing and new SOPs and business development.


The successful applicant

  • Degree holder of medical/clinical science, social science, business administration or of relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 8-9 years of proven success in overseeing dental operation and dentistry centers
  • Candidates with experience in crisis management would be of advantages
  • Of data-driven, motivated, attentive and thorough team player with good coordination and communication skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English is a prerequisite of the position
  • Proficient in MS office applications, including Chinese word processing
