Finance Manager (IFRS)


About the Client

Our client is a leading trading and manufacturing business with global operations. To cope with their business needs, they have added a new headcount to support financial reporting and consolidation for the Group.


About the Role

  • Report to the Financial Controller
  • Manage financial reporting and group consolidation
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS, SOX and other statutory requirements
  • Provide technical guidance for the team to facilitate day to day functional responsibility
  • Monitor Group inter-companies' transactions
  • Liaise with auditors for statutory audit
  • Participate in process improvement and system integration
  • Handle any ad-hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • HKICPA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting
  • Hands-on experience in consolidation/sub-consolidation is required
  • Familiar with IFRS
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Independent, self-driven and agile
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
