About Our Client
Our client is a market leader in the health and wellness sector offering a comprehensive range of health and wellness services. They are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic individual to join the team as the General Manager to develop strategic plans and manage multi-service centres.


Responsibility

  • Craft and execute strategies to enhance profitability, minimize expenses, and optimize overall store effectiveness.
  • Evaluate sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and devise actionable plans to boost sales revenue.
  • Supervise and oversee all facets of our retail division's operations, including store performance, inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Lead a team of store managers, offering guidance, assistance, and training to ensure consistent operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Nurture a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork, employee growth, and a customer-centric culture throughout all stores.
  • Monitor and manage the financial performance of the retail division and multi-stores, ensuring the achievement or surpassing of financial objectives.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role in the retail, cosmetic, telecom industries, overseeing multiple stores and driving sales revenues
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and improving profitability
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
