Head of Capital Market and Investor Relations
About the Client
Our client is an aggressive expanding business with their corporate office in HK. Currently, they are inviting a Head of Capital Market and Investor Relations to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will be in-charge of the capital market and investor relations function. You will help to develop investor relations strategies according to business objectives, industry trend and policies and ensure their execution aligns with the business growth plan. You will plan and attend various events such as conferences and roadshows to communicate with potential investors. You will build and maintain relationships with equity research and banking specialists. You will support in corporate finance projects such as IPO, M&A, and fundraising. Also, you will prepare management reports on capital market for management's decision making. You will involve in ESG related initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in leading an IR Department of a sizable HK listed company or equity research. Industry knowledge/ network related to Infrastructure/ Utilities/ Real Estate is an advantage. Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA is an advantage. You should be commercially savvy, independent, agile and able to perform under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are required. Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is compulsory.
