Job Description

We are partnering with a sizeable public organization in Hong Kong to seek for a highly experienced and motivated professional to join as Head of Faciiltes Management. You will work closely with the Deputy CEO to oversee all aspects of the faciity operations, ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of residents while maintaining a conducive environment.

Your responsibilities will include supervising a team of internal operations staff and outsourced contractors, managing safety and security protocols, overseeing landscape and facilities management, implementing traffic control strategies, and developing comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operations. Additionally, you will conduct regular inspections, address resident concerns, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to foster positive relationships.

The successful candidate must possess a recognized degree and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in operation and safety management, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry or a sizable organization. Extensive knowledge and experience in safety and security, landscape and facilities management, cleaning services, and traffic control are essential. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills are required, along with the ability to handle crises and conflicts effectively. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is necessary for effective communication with stakeholders.
