Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Provide strategic direction for the Investment Bank, aligning business goals with the overall vision of the company.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape and implement the division's long-term strategy.
  • Deal Origination and Execution:
    • Lead the origination and execution of investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services.
    • Play a pivotal role in negotiating and structuring complex financial deals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Drive business development efforts to expand the client base and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Risk Management:
    • Develop and implement robust risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Safeguard the interests of the company and its clients by actively managing and mitigating risks.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead a high-performing team of investment banking professionals.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Business-related discipline from a top-leading business school.
  • 18+ years of working experience in Leading Investment Bank, demonstrating a strong track record in strategic and change management.
  • In-depth strategic planning experience with leading companies, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
