About the Client

Our client is a renowned listed company with their headquarter in HK. Currently, they are inviting a Head of Investor Relations to join their team.

About the Role

Reporting to the CFO, you will be in-charge of the investor relations function and lead a neat team. You will help to develop investor relations strategies according to business objectives, industry trend and policies and ensure their execution aligns with the business growth plan. You will support annual and interim reporting. You will plan and attend various events such as conferences and roadshows to communicate with potential investors. You will build and maintain relationships with equity research and banking specialists. You will work closely with the corporate finance team and support projects such as M&A and fundraising. Also, you will prepare management reports on capital market for management's decision making. You will involve in ESG related initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of Investor Relations/Equity Research/Investment Banking experience. Relevant professional qualification such as CPA/ CFA is preferred. You should be number sensitive and equipped with strong financial modelling skills. You should be commercially savvy, independent, agile and able to perform under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are required. Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is compulsory.
