Job Description
HR Assistant (8-month contract, up to $30k)
- Private bank, APAC team
- L&D & HR project coordination
- Junior role, 2 years+ related exp
- Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of wellness and D&I programme
- Support in project planning, coordination and implementation of HR transformation initiatives, including process improvements and digitalization
- Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards using Power BI
- Enhance employee communication by creating engaging contents, visually appealing and informative infographics, presentation, and other graphic design materials
- Assist in administration and implementation of talent development programme
- Assist in market compensation benchmarking exercise
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years of working experience
- Good communication skills with fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently
- Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in graphic design to develop engaging newsletter, poster and other materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated, determined and committed to take responsibilities.
