About The Client
Our client is looking for an exceptional talent to servce as a HR Business Partner, with a mission to drive company-wide transformation through digital experiences. You will work very closely to the business on a daily basis, make things happen across the orgnaisation to continue to transform how people and brands tell their stories - working together, embracing differences and having fun along the way.

About The Role
- Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the organization
- Work on big problems from critical organisaitonal and people issues to identifying and developing key leadership talent to culture and change management
- Lead employee experience for the teams you support as the "Chief People Officer" for your business
- Speak up, keep things real and agitate when necessary
- Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo

Requirements
- Degree holder with 12-15+ years practical HR Business Partner or relevant business re-organisation project experience
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of what actions will accelerate business growth
- Challenge status quo, with 'creativity' in your DNA, and always doing and making things better
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Ability to remain flexible and agile in a fast-changing environment alongside the willingness to self-reflect and learn
- Burning passion to make things happen
- Proficiency in English and Chinese required, immediate avaialble highly regarded
