About the Client

Our client is a sizable and listed corporation within property investment sector. They are now looking for a strategic and passionate talent to join them as the Human Resources Business Partner.


About the role

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders in the organization
  • Provide strategic and day to day leadership to drive the delivery of the business' HR plans
  • Combine a range of data with experience to develop insight into given business areas, its customers and the external context it operates within
  • Use experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as organisational design, employee engagement and talent analytics
  • Develop a strategic vision for sourcing talents in an efficient and timely manner to meet the on-going needs of the organization
  • Assist in building strong talent pipelines
  • Assist in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years related working experience gained in well-established organizations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
  • Great communication, listening, influencing and coaching skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Previous Experience in Banking / Finance Services / Professional Services / Property Investment sector is an advantage
