About the Role
1. Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential real estate investment opportunities, including market research, property valuation, and financial modelling
2. Evaluate investment risks and returns by analyzing property performance, market trends, and economic factors
3. Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners
4. Collaborate with the investment team to develop investment strategies and identify potential investment opportunities
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of existing real estate investments, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact real estate investments
7. Assist in the negotiation and structuring of investment deals, working closely with legal and finance teams
The Successful Applicant
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
2. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools
3. Excellent research and data analysis abilities, with a keen eye for detail
4. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of relevant real estate regulations and legal frameworks is preferred
