Investor Relations Specialist

Job description

  • Responsible for servicing existing investors and support capital raising activities across all of the company's investment strategies
  • Leading Investor Services responsibilities related to the company's strategy
  • Preparation of investor communications, marketing materials and data analysis for existing and prospective investors
  • Leading the fundraising activities globally, including but not limited to initiate fundraising conversations, preparing for fundraising materials and roadshows
  • Drafting of key data room documents for new funds including PPM, DDQs and case studies
  • Servicing existing investors or prospects by completing inbound queries and diligence requests
  • Preparation of content and material for investor events such as AGM, Limited Partner Advisory Board meetings and other events
  • Working closely with internal teams, including Investment, Portfolio Monitoring, Legal, Finance and Fund Control, to ensure information regarding the company and the portfolio is accurate
  • Researching and preparing background materials and reports to support capital raising efforts
  • Other ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned as the role continues to grow and evolve

Requirements

  • Investor Relations experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of private equity investing and the wider market
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Chartered accountant or CFA (or equivalent) is highly regarded
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent academic credentials are required
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal English and Chinese)
