About The Client

Our client is a global manufacturer group and they are looking for IT Manager to join their team.

Job Description

  • Act as point of contact in APAC to manage overall IT projects
  • Report to Regional IT Director to ensure business goal and standard are being met with global standard
  • Implement cloud ERP system and transform internal back-office application from offline to online
  • Conduct full project cycle: prepare and prioritize project roadmap and timeline, control resources and budgeting, and perform proper escalation to ensure project success
  • Work closely with local infrastructure team and vendors to ensure deliverables are successfully and completely delivered on time within budget
  • Conduct feasibility study and keep the existing software and technologies up-to-dated
  • Prepare procurement of IT solutions, vendor selection and documentation

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 10 years of working experience in IT project management, preferably from global manufacturing, wholesales or sourcing companies
  • Familiar with Oracle ERP system implementation: EBS, NetSuite or fusion
  • Experience in automating/digitalizing back-office system (SharePoint, PowerApp or e-documentation) is an absolute advantage
  • Solid stakeholder management with good vender management skills
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executive, stakeholders and peers
  • Independent, self-motivated and well organized
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese are required
