我们的客户是知名头部物业上市公司。由于业务发展的需求，正在创办新业务 - 社区家装业务。
岗位职责：
1、负责以社区为场景的家装业务创新商业模式设计；
2、洞察业主新房及存量房客户家装需求及转化场景；
3、赋能区域公司，推进新商业模式落地。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，有互联网公司或社区O2O公司规划运营、战略咨询公司或家装行业服务经验者优先；
2 、具有较强的数据分析能力，能够敏锐的发现问题，可独立提出完整的优化方案，形成解决问题的闭环 ；
3、结果导向，有着良好的项目规划、管理及推动能力；
4、有互联网思维及创业经验者优先。
