About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed developer with intensive commercial complex and hospitality. They are looking for a Leasing Manager to manage their office portfolio.
About the Role
- Handle regular leasing matters such as tenancy agreement, offer and renewal letter
- Maintain good relationship with tenants and agencies
- Coordinate with other departments such as technical team and marketing team to ensure all the projects and events complete smoothly
- Assist in market research and market trends
The successful applicants
- Degree in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines
- 7 years' or office or semi-retail leasing experience
- Agency background are welcome
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Corporate, open-minded and good communication skills
