About our Client

My client is a Hong Kong listed developer owns retail and office buildings in prime location. In order to expand their business, they are looking for a Leasing Officer to join their team

About the role

  • Formulate and implement leasing strategies and plans for assigned shopping mall
  • Handle leasing matters including but not limited to lease negotiation, renewals and expansions
  • Maintain relationship with tenants by providing quality tenant services
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. property management, marketing) for tenants' fitting out / renovation works
  • Conduct market research and tenant mix analysis for assigned projects

The successful applicants

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines with at least 2 years' solid relevant experience
  • Professional Qualification is a plus, e.g. HKIS, RICS etc
  • Strong business acumen with negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
