About our Client

Our client is a conglomerate business in Hong Kong. They are looking for a junior counsel / PRC lawyer to support their newly established healthcare and medical service business unit. Candidates on IANG Visa will also be welcomed.

About the Role

  • Reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with external parties
  • Conducting research and keeping up to date with legal and industry practices on commercial and medical law
  • Liaising with and meeting clients with a high level of professionalism
  • Drafting letters of instruction, requests, and Instructions to external counsel
  • Preparing letters of instruction to experts and analyzing expert evidence
  • Assisting on healthcare claims
  • Complying with relevant policies and procedures

The Successful Candidate

  • Degree holder in LLB or other related discipline from prestigious university is preferable
  • 2+ years of experience with strong background in medical or health law gained from sizable companies will be an advantage
  • PRC qualified will be an advantage
  • Newly qualified / Junior Counsel with 2-3 years' experience
