About the Role:

  • Monitor the sales performance in store
  • Motivate and lead the frontline staff to achieve KPI
  • Support in-store events to build customer relationship
  • Review operational strategy for improvement
  • Ensure smooth store operations

The Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum 10 years of related retail luxury experience of which 2 years at supervisory level
  • Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
