About Our Client :

Our client is one of the top luxury brands and currently looking for a (Senior) Retail Operations Manager to manage and lead its operations team.

About the Role :

  • Lead, develop and support the operations of all retail stores in HK & Macau
  • Review & ravemp operational processes
  • Coach & guid the team to enhance efficiency
  • Transform business goals into individual goals and monitor staff performance
  • An oversight on daily operations of the boutiques, monitoring efficacy and identifies operational improvements

The Successful Candidate :

  • Degree holder in related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of related retail luxury experience of which 4 years at supervisory level
  • Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
