Responsibilities
- Generate and organize documents, letters, and summaries
- Collect and analyze data to update records and compile statistics
- Input information into databases and manage filing systems
- Provide support in conducting assessments and preparing assessment reports for reported complaints and non-compliance cases
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- University students major in Communications, Journalism, Language, law, finance, insurance or other related disciplines
- Highly motivated and proactive individual, capable of taking initiative and adapting to new situations.
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment and effectively handle pressure situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Work Schedule: 1 to 2 days per week
