Job Description

Payroll Officer (6-month contract)

  • F&B group, up to $23-24k
  • Payroll admin & C&B focus
  • Location: Kwun Tong
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer monthly payroll, final payment calculation and payment arrangement to ensure timely and proper settlement
  • Assure smooth payroll processing and salary administration by monitoring and verifying frontline staff roster, attendance and leave records; Check and verify the payroll data before and after uploading to system
  • Handle payroll enquiries from frontline staff
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years' solid experience in C&B and payroll function is a must, preferably in F&B / retail / frontline operations
  • A team worker, with high initiative, detail-minded, strong analytical skill and numerical sense and be able to work under pressure under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel (pivot table & vlookup) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Good communication with fluent spoken/written English and Chinese.
