About our client

Our client is a leading retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with the recent expansion, they are now looking for a Product Head for their Retail Loans Product team.

About the role

Reporting to the Dept Head of Unsecured Loans Product, you will lead a team in formulating and developing Retail Loans Product strategy to achieve growth of lending business (Unsecured Loans and SME Loans). You are required to manage business profitability by analyzing portfolio revenue, product P&L and sales performance. You are responsible for monitoring product cost and pricing strategy to increase product penetration in the market. In addition, you will conduct market analysis and product forecast as well as suggest digital product programs to ensure the continual growth of business effectively.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in unsecured / secured loans product development and product portfolio management in retail banks.
  • Solid knowledge in managing product life cycle and related operations of retail lending business.
  • Good pricing strategy, P&L management and sales analysis skills is a must.
  • Strong business sense, excellent project skills and people management.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager position.
