About the company

Our client is a leading financial company with extensive sales network in Hong Kong. Due to their recent expansion, they are now looking for a Product Head for their Personal Loans Product team.

About the role

Reporting to the Product GM, you will lead and develop end-to-end product strategy of personal loans products for HK local market. As an unsecured product head, you will lead a team in managing end-to-end product development from product planning, designing, implementation, sales performance monitoring and P&L of consumer loans. You are responsible for establishing business and marketing plans for online and offline sales channels (such as mobile, website, branch, direct sales) to increase market share. In addition, you have to suggest innovative product solutions and digital development to achieve the continual growth of lending business.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product development of Personal Loans in retail banks and at least 3-4 years in managerial level.
  • Excellent market knowledge in loans business trend and product operations required.
  • Sound communication skills, good digital project management and strong leadership.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
