About The Client

Our client is a well-known organization and they are seeking for Product Manager (IT Digital Transformation) join their team.

Job Description

  • As a Project Lead to drive digital transformation project and develop strategy on digital journey with innovative technology
  • Lead smart initiatives across website, mobile app and system to deliver great customer experience and streamline the processing time
  • Work closely with business partners, stakeholders, development team, and vendors to leverage smart technology and lifestyle for delivering innovative services to customers
  • Liaise with data team to enhance digital experience through customer data analysis
  • Determine projects' milestones and road mapping, deliver and facilitate timelines and project content throughout the whole project lifecycle
  • Lead user requirement gathering, gap analysis and prepare user requirement specifications to meet the business objectives
  • Prepare and update project documentation including project plan, project master schedules and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or eCommerce related disciplines
  • Proficient in driving digital transformation project of B2C platform such as web, mobile application and API-powered ecosystem
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in driving business transformation with proven track records in designing and implementing digital services
  • Good sense in UIUX design is an advantage
  • Good leaderships experience and vendor management skills
  • Solid in project management, self-organized and detail-minded
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with peers, subordinates & stakeholders
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese are required, fluent in Mandarin
