Job Description:

We are a leading retail multinational corporation seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience in SAP or other ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user training, project implementation, and providing optimization support for our Global System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive training materials to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Assist in the implementation of Global SAP systems, ensuring smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Provide ongoing optimization support to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global business system initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least (Non-Degree) Tertiary education required
  • 1-3 years of experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of ERP system functionalities and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese, Cantonese and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the retail industry or sourcing/ buying roles is preferred
  • Experience in SAP or related ERP systems implementation.
