About our Client

My client is a Chinese Restaurant over 10 stores in Hong Kong. To cope with their upcoming expansion plan, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

About the Role

  • Responsible to manage the whole process of new store and store renovation, such as design, construction and opening stages
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the projects are within schedule and budget, as well as the quality meet the standard
  • Lead a maintenance team to support repair and maintenance works
  • Prepare and review tender documents to contractors and consultant
  • Prepare annual budget and ad-hoc tasks

The successful applicants

  • High Diploma holder or above in Interior Design, Engineering or related disciplines
  • 6 years' or above experience in Project Management
  • Candidates from F&B experience is a plus
  • Independent, good communication skills, able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Auto CAD
  • Less experience will be consider as Assistant Project Manager
