My client is one of the leading developers in Hong Kong, their businesses cover with residential, commercial and industrial properties . They are looking for a Property Manager to join their team.

About the Role

  • Act as a site in charge to manage a small team for daily operation
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve company's goals
  • Monitor outsource contractors and consultants performance
  • Annual budget planning and market research on latest procurement pricing

The successful applicants

  • Degree holder in property management, real estate and related disciplines
  • 8 years' solid working experience in Property Management, shopping mall experience is a plus
  • Professional Qualification is prefer, e.g. CIH, HKIH etc
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
