About our Client

My client is a Hong Kong listed developer with diverse portfolio in commercial and residential business. They are looking for a Property Manager to join their team.

About the Role

  • Lead a team to oversee the portfolio daily operation
  • Prepare tender documents for maintenance works and other matters
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors to ensure the works are smooth and on time
  • Maintain good relationships and handle residents and OC members' complaints
  • Attend IO/OC meeting
  • Prepare budget for long-term facility maintenance and renovation plan

The successful applicants

  • Degree holder in Property Management, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • 8 years or above residential management experience
  • Professional Qualification such as CIH, HKIH is an advantage
  • Independent, Strategic and good communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
