Job Description: We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and executing test automation frameworks and scripts. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our ESG and supply chain products through automated testing processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on the sustainability of businesses worldwide.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Execute automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing scope and strategy.
  • Identify and report bugs and issues to the development team.
  • Continuously improve automation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in test automation.
  • Fluent in Chiness and English.
  • Proficiency in Cypress for API testing automation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cypress and Playwright for E2E test suites.
  • Familiarity with K6 for load testing is a strong plus.
  • Experience in defining test scope and strategy based on risk assessment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
