  • About the Client

    Our client is a sizable and well-developed corporation within Manufacturing industry with a strong track of success and continuous development plan. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate and strategic talent to join them as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner, overseeing over 6 markets in APAC.


    About the role

    • Develop a strategic vision for sourcing talents in an efficient and timely manner to meet the on-going needs of the organization
    • Use experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and talent analytics
    • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
    • Provide strategic and day to day leadership to drive the delivery of the business' HR plans
    • Combine a range of data with personal experience to develop insight into given business areas, its customers and the external context it operates within
    • Assist in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization
    • Assist in building strong talent pipelines

    The Successful Applicant

    • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
    • Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition / business partnering experience gained in sizeable organizations
    • Understanding of and experience with organisational design, development, resource and talent planning, L&D, performance & reward, employee engagement, employee relations, service delivery and information
    • Excellent time management, organization and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
