About the Client

A well-established multinational Engineering firm with a strong footprint across Asia Pacific is now seeking for high caliber individual to join them as the Regional Human Resources Director.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with senior leadership team to understand the organization's goals and strategy
  • Plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement policies, processes and initiatives, to support the organization's human resources needs
  • Initiate and drive change and or transformation in accordance to key business objectives
  • Oversee the administration of human capital programs including but not limited to talent acquisition, total rewards, learning & development, talent management and HR automation
  • Conduct research and analysis of organizational trend and metrics
  • Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with local and overseas employment ordinances
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources
  • Ensure operational efficiency and accuracy while providing timely evaluations

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's holder with major in Human Resources Management and or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources within a MNC environment with 10 years of managerial experience gained on a regional and or global level
  • Prior exposure within the Property, Construction and or Engineering sector is an advantage
  • Proven track record success in driving organizational change and transformation
  • Outstanding HR business partnering and influencing skills
  • Numerically sensitive with strong business acumen
  • Strong user to HR tech tools and software is preferred
  • Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Occasional travel is required
