Job Description

Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their Training team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute retail training across markets direct retail and wholesale
  • Conduct classroom or online trainings for new product training to frontline staff
  • Provide coaching to key stores and follow up with customized training sessions
  • Work closely with sales and operation teams as well as store managers to ensure training is delivered effectively
  • Customize global guideline of training and development for local adaptation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above with over 5 years of experience in training from fashion retail industry
  • Strong and didactic presentation skills: ability to adjust presentation styles to suit the audience & level of the business
  • Proficient communication skills both in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the working time
