Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the designated market
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, cross-sell products, and explore business opportunities to increase AUM and revenue
  • Expand client base through new client acquisition
  • Analyse HNW clients' needs and deliver professional solutions
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years' banking experience
  • Degree holder with relevant professional qualifications
  • Robust understanding of the banking industry, preferably in the private banking sector
  • Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask effectively within deadlines
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written), Mandarin is advantageous
