About The Client
Our client within fashion retail sector is looking for a dynamic Retail HR Business Partner. The role plays a pivotal part in the success of their retail operations and an exceptional role where you can make an impact by driving a successful people strategy working closely with the regional leadership team.
About The Role
Working closely with the regional management team, you will:
- Business partner to the leadership team to deliver a proactive, commercial and value-adding HR service where you will lead and embed business change plans aligned with KPIs and initiatives.
- Design and implement Retail People strategy.
- Support and coach the Area Manager teams to engage and inspire their store management teams to deliver excellent service and standards.
- Drive talent and succession as a regional strategy to balance internal and external needs, ensuring there is a succession plan in place for the region which drives high internal promotion rate.
- Effective implementation of people changes projects in conjunction with field management teams.
- Lead on People projects for the wider business and be the subject matter expert for all People queries
- Liaise with the wider People team, including Talent Acquisition, Performance & Rewards, Shared Services and Learning & Development
Rquirements
- Proven track record in a HR Business Partner role working very closely to business operations
- Experience gained from a fast-paced service sector / B2C industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with experience of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of HR best practices in a retail or similar industry
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus)
