About Our Client

Our client is one of the premium fashion brands and currently looking for a Retail Operations talent to join its retail operations team in Hong Kong and Macau.

About the Role

  • Develop and support the operations of all retail stores in HK & Macau
  • Prepare performance reports for business analysis
  • Coach & guid the team to enhance efficiency
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive retail initiatives

The Successful Candidate

  • Degree holder in related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of related retail experience
  • Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
