Our client is a well-known consumer brand with a sound reputation in the markets. A new opportunity now exists for an experienced sales talent to join them as Sales Director.

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Business Director, you will own a diverse and prime client portfolio contributing significantly to the top line in the wholesales market. Having PNL ownership, you will develop sales strategy to achieve the corporate objectives, create a dual winning business model to maximize the value and market share in the channels. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the performance of your trade partners, identify the gaps in different touch points including VM, product mix, pricing, promotion and training on people / product knowledge for continuous improvement recommendation. Internally, you are expected to have an outstanding articulation skill in the management meetings, present the business cases precisely and drill in the solution effectively with a sound ROI concept.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business, marketing and other related disciplines
  • 15+ years sales experience from retail
  • Background from apparel / beauty / lifestyle products
  • Track record in sales achievement in the highly competitive market
  • Strong retail knowledge - pricing, assortment, VM, training, retail operations
  • Strategic, numerical, outstanding presentation and influencing skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
