About Our Client

Our client is a leading luxury automotive group in Hong Kong and Macao, they are looking for a Sales Manager who will report to the Senior Sales Manager, and responsible for strategic business plans development, events developments, and sales team management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies and business plans to maximize the company sales profitability
  • Prepare action plans by individuals and by team to generate sales leads and business profitability with regular sales meetings
  • Analyze sales trends and market intelligence to prepare sales forecast, sales analysis reports, and stock management
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints, and ensure high standard of customer service could be delivered by sales team
  • Develop and participant in events and campaign to achieve sales targets
  • Liaise with different internal and external parties to ensure customer requirements and company customer service standards could be met
  • Assists in hiring supporting staffs and marketing plans implementations as needed

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • With managerial position experience would be an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
