Job Description

Our client is looking for high calibre with strategic mindset to join the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify marketing objectives and strategies with upper management
  • Work closely with agency on advertising and market research
  • Monitor, analyse market trends and competitor's performance and activities
  • Identify consumer insights and preference for developing and exploring new marketing opportunities/ product concepts and development
  • Responsible for development of new products/ packaging format in cooperation with supply chain and manufacturer
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • University graduate preferably in Marketing or related disciplines
  • 7+ years + marketing experience in FMCG with at least 3 years at supervisory level
  • Good communication skills (including presentation skill) with all levels
  • Strong project management and leadership skill
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • PC knowledge & application, excellent command of spoken & written English and Chinese
