About the Company
Our client is a leading global apparel & homeware retail chain operator with more than 3000 stores worldwide and they have been experiencing rapid sales & earning growths. In response to their ambitious business expansion plan in the region, they are now looking to bring in a high calibre Senior Buyer to join the beauty division in the regional headquarter in Hong Kong.
About your Role
- Report to VP of Merchandising, you will identify & build new beauty and skincare businesses
- Budgeting and financial planning, including financial analysis and sales forecasting
- Product development, sample approval and market compliance management
- OTB management, strategic analysis and growth activity plans
- Frequent liaison with international buying teams
Requirement
- Must have minimum of 4 years merchandise buying experience in a fast paced environment and beauty/skincare/cosmetics oriented category
- Must have a proven history of successfully driving sales results
- Creative, entrepreneurial minded, with a strong comfort level with taking measurable risks
- Strong team player, clear communication, and relationship building skills are key success factors
- Fluent English & Mandarin
